Seed presowing treatment with activated water

An agreement has been concluded with the Design Bureau of Oil and Gas Equipment LLP for the development and acquisition of documentation for the manufacture of an activator for water treatment (contract No. 333 of 08/25/2015).

There are acts on carrying out:

  • laboratory and field experiments on the effect of activated water on germination (increase up to 6%), germination energy (15%), yield (4 kg / ha) during pre-sowing treatment of wheat seeds in Bolshemalyshenskoye LLP, Kyzylzhar district, North Kazakhstan region ( Act of 10/17/2009)
  • field experience on the effect of activated water on productivity during pre-sowing treatment of wheat seeds in Astrakhan LLP in Akkain district of the North Kazakhstan region - the number of productive stems is 46% more than in the control field (act dated 12.11.2008)
  • tests on the effect on the yield (by 1.7 c / ha) of activated water in Berezka-Agro LLP, Kyzylzhar district of the North Kazakhstan region (act dated 10.10.2008)

The project is dedicated to an innovative method of presowing treatment of seeds with activated water, obtained by vertical or horizontal mechanical action with an activator with special nozzles.

The income from the implementation of this project for three LLPs may amount to 474 thousand tenge from 150 hectares. The expected implementation efficiency (increase in yield) will be 4 kg / ha, the addition to the crop from a field of 500 ha - 2000 kg, in money terms - $ 48.0 per hectare with a grain selling price of $ 120 per ton.

As part of the project, in September 2015, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed with the Akimat of the Kyzylzhar District of the North Kazakhstan Region in the field of innovative technologies in the production of agricultural products. There are agreements on joint scientific and practical activities to increase the yield of grain crops with Astrakhan LLP in the Akkain District (contract No. 13/10 of September 25, 2015), Berezka-Agro LLP (contract No. 13/11 of September 25, 2015 g.) and LLP "Bolshemalyshenskoye" of the Kyzylzhar district of the North-Kazakhstan region (agreement No. 13/12 of September 25, 2015). An agreement on scientific and practical cooperation was concluded with Sapro-NAT LLP (agreement No. 07/02 of July 24, 2015).

At the moment, R&D has been carried out and drawings for the manufacture of the activator have been received. Work is underway on the manufacture of an activator at the Plant of Multidisciplinary Equipment in Petropavlovsk.
