The power of language

The Department of culture, language development and archival affairs of the akimat of North Kazakhstan region annually holds the regional competition "State language and mass media". The purpose of the event is to promote the state language policy in the mass media. This year, the competition was timed to coincide with the 150th anniversary of Akhmet Baitursynov. Gulgul Tulesheva, a teacher of the Department of Journalism of our university, also took part in the regional competition, where she took the second place in the nomination "Best Website Article". The candidate submitted journalistic and scientific articles published in the electronic journal "Bulletin" of M. Kozybayev NKU.
