Start-up Projects Contest Winners!
Students of the educational program "Food Safety" Kuznetsova Nina and Danish Svetlana became one of the winners of the Start-up projects competition from the Council of Young Scientists of the NKU M. Kozybaev. They presented a research project on the topic "Technology for the production of edible food casings using kappa-carrageenan." In the process of research, a biodegradable food film was developed, which can be used for food storage, dissolves well in water and does not pollute the environment.
