Results of the Volleyball Sports League
In anticipation of International Women's Day on March 8th, a Student Women's Volleyball League was held at the university. Female students from various faculties competed over two days in teams of 8-10 students each. The Pedagogical Faculty team emerged as the expected winners, followed by the Agrotechnological Faculty in second place and the Institute of Language and Literature in third. Asemgul Abilmazhinova (group NRT-22) was named the best attacker, while Elena Ryapisova (group FKS-21-3) was awarded the title of Best Player.
The matches not only determined the strongest university team but also formed the Kozybayev University team for regional tournaments. An upcoming regional tournament in April will select a team to represent the northern region at the national Volleyball Sports League.
