Announcement of a Competition for the Position of Board Member for Infrastructure Development

The Board of Directors of the Non-Profit Joint Stock Company "North Kazakhstan State University named after M. Kozybaev" announces a competition for the vacant position of Board Member for Infrastructure Development. The address of the Non-Profit Joint Stock Company "North Kazakhstan State University named after M. Kozybaev" is: Petropavlovsk, Pushkin St., 86.

The primary activity is the provision of educational services in higher, postgraduate, technical and vocational, post-secondary, and additional education.The goal of the activity is to create conditions for obtaining quality education, training, and teaching aimed at the formation, development, and professional establishment of the individual based on national and universal values, achievements in science and practice, as well as the development of scientific potential and commercialization of innovations.

Eligibility Requirements for Competition Participants:

Higher and/or postgraduate education, preferably obtained in a foreign higher education institution; at least 3 years of managerial experience in educational organizations and/or authorized bodies in relevant fields, or at least 5 years of work experience in areas corresponding to the functional responsibilities of the position.

Ineligible Candidates:

1. Under 25 years of age;

2. Previously convicted of corruption-related crimes;

3. Individuals with an unresolved or unexpunged criminal record;

4. Those registered in medical specialized institutions;

5. Other cases as provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Documents to be Submitted by Competition Participants:

1. Application in the prescribed format;

2. Copy of the document confirming the identity of the participant;

3. Resume of the participant with a 3x4 color photograph in the prescribed format;

4. Copies of educational documents and attachments, with originals presented for verification:

-For copies of educational documents obtained by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan from foreign educational organizations, include copies of recognition or nostrification certificates issued by the authorized body in education, except for documents issued by foreign higher educational institutions, scientific centers, and laboratories to "Bolashak" scholarship holders from the Republic of Kazakhstan and those covered by international agreements on mutual recognition and equivalence;

-For copies of educational documents issued to "Bolashak" scholarship holders, attach a copy of the certificate of completion of studies under the "Bolashak" program issued by the "Center for International Programs" JSC;

-For copies of educational documents covered by international agreements on mutual recognition and equivalence, attach copies of certificates confirming recognition by the authorized body in education;

5. Copy of the document confirming work experience, certified by the HR service at the current or most recent place of employment;

6. Medical certificate of health condition (professional medical advisory conclusion) in form No. 075/u;

7. Certificate from the psychoneurological organization, issued within one year before the submission of documents, in accordance with public service legislation;

8. Certificate from the narcological organization, issued within one year before the submission of documents, in accordance with public service legislation;

9. Document confirming the absence of a ban on holding the position in accordance with criminal legislation.

In cases where relevant state authorities impose restrictive measures, declare a state of emergency, or situations of social, natural, or technological emergency occur, competition participants are not required to submit documents specified in items 6, 7, and 8.

Candidates may submit additional information concerning their education, work experience, professional level, and reputation (copies of documents on qualification improvement, academic degrees and titles, references, recommendations, scientific publications, and other materials reflecting their professional activities and qualifications).
