On the announcement of a competition for the vacant position of a member of the Board of Internationalization and International Programs

The Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company "North Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybaev" announces a competition for the vacancy of Executive Director of the International Campus. The address of the Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company "North Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybaev": Petropavlovsk, Pushkina St., 86.

The main activity is providing educational services in the field of higher, postgraduate, technical and vocational, secondary vocational, and additional education. The goal of the activity is to create the necessary conditions for obtaining quality education, teaching, and training, aimed at the formation, development, and professional growth of individuals based on national and universal human values, scientific achievements, and practice, as well as the development of scientific potential and commercialization of developments.

Requirements for competition participants:

Higher and postgraduate education, preferably obtained in a foreign higher education institution;

Experience in leadership positions in educational organizations and/or authorized bodies in relevant fields for at least three years or experience in areas corresponding to the functional directions of the competition position for at least five years;Knowledge of the English language.

Persons ineligible to participate in the competition:

1. Under the age of 25;
2. Previously convicted of a corruption-related offense;
3. Having an unexpunged or unresolved criminal record;
4. Registered in medical special institutions;
5. Other cases as stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

A person applying for participation in the competition provides the following:

1. Application in the prescribed form;
2. A copy of the document verifying the identity of the participant;
3. A resume with a color photo (3x4) in the prescribed form;
4. Copies of educational documents and attachments, with original documents provided for verification:

-For copies of educational documents obtained by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan from foreign educational institutions, a copy of the recognition or nostrification certificate issued by the authorized body in the field of education is required, except for documents issued by foreign universities, research centers, and laboratories to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who are recipients of the "Bolashak" international scholarship, as well as those covered by an international agreement on mutual recognition and equivalency;

-For copies of documents issued to recipients of the "Bolashak" international scholarship, a copy of the completion certificate issued by the "Center for International Programs" JSC is required;

-For copies of documents covered by international agreements on mutual recognition and equivalency, a copy of the recognition certificate issued by the authorized body in the field of education is required;

1. A copy of the document confirming employment, certified by the HR department at the current or last place of work;
2. A medical certificate of health status (medical professional consultative opinion) in form № 075/у;
3. A certificate from a psychoneurological organization issued no more than one year before the document submission date, in accordance with the legislation on public services;
4. A certificate from a narcological organization issued no more than one year before the document submission date, in accordance with the legislation on public services;
5. A document confirming the absence of a ban on holding the position in accordance with criminal law.

If restrictive measures are implemented by the relevant state bodies, or in case of emergency situations, participants of the competition do not need to submit documents mentioned in items 6, 7, and 8.

Participants may submit additional information about their education, work experience, professional level, and reputation (copies of documents on professional development, academic degrees, recommendations, scientific publications, and other relevant information).

Documents for participation must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of the publication of this announcement. The date and place of the competition will be announced later.
