Promoting Physical Education and Basic Military Training Together with the Academy of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Kozybayev University, in cooperation with the Academy of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan, hosted the republican scientific and theoretical conference «Innovative Teaching Methods in Physical Education and Basic Military and Technological Training.»

The event brought together scientists, education experts, university lecturers, master's and undergraduate students, coaches from educational institutions, and representatives of law enforcement agencies. During the conference, students and cadets delivered presentations on the socio-pedagogical functions of physical education, philosophical aspects of shaping sports culture, and the role of basic military and technological training in fostering students’ national identity. The speakers also discussed the application of interactive methods in teaching basic military and technological training in secondary schools. Cadets from the Academy of the National Guard presented a comprehensive programme aimed at developing the volitional qualities of future officers through physical training in a military higher education environment.
