On Conducting a Competition for Filling Vacant Administrative Positions

Non-profit limited company "Manash Kozybayev North Kazakhstan university" Announces a Competition to Fill Vacant Administrative Positions

1. Director of the Department of Science and Technological Development – 1 position

Requirements: Higher professional education and at least 5 years of experience at the university, or a Master’s degree and at least 3 years of experience at the university or in industry or in a managerial position, or an academic degree and at least 1 year of experience at the university, or in industry, or in a managerial position.

2. Head of the Research Management Department of the Science Department – 1 position

Requirements: Postgraduate education, academic degree not lower than Master’s, at least 1 year of experience in higher or postgraduate education institutions, or research organizations.

3. Head of the Postgraduate Education and Scientific Staff Certification Department – 1 position

Requirements: Postgraduate education, academic degree not lower than Master’s, at least 1 year of experience in higher or postgraduate education institutions, or research organizations.

4. Head of the Commercialization Office – 1 position

Requirements: Higher professional education and at least 5 years of experience at the university, in industry, or in a managerial position, or a Master’s degree and at least 3 years of experience at the university, in industry, or in a managerial position, or an academic degree and at least 1 year of experience at the university, in industry, or in a managerial position.

Applicants employed at the university must provide:

1. An application for participation in the competition;
2. A department development strategy in the form of a presentation of no more than 5–7 slides.

Applicants not employed at the university must provide:

1. An application for participation in the competition;
2. A curriculum vitae in free form;
3. Copies of educational documents;
4. A copy of the employment record book (if available) or employment contract, or extracts from orders on hiring and termination from the last workplace;
5. A medical certificate in the form approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2010, No. 907 “On Approval of Forms of Primary Medical Documentation of Healthcare Organizations”;
6. A certificate on the presence or absence of records issued by the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the commission of a criminal offense;
7. A department development strategy in the form of a presentation of no more than 5–7 slides.
