Remote meeting in the open space format of volunteers and university management
"Open space" dedicated to the International Volunteer Day was held at Kozybayev University. The online meeting with the management of the university was attended by students who participate in the "Social Student Loan" program, volunteer proctors, volunteer tutors, eco-volunteers and others.
Acting Chairman of the Executive Board - Rector Yerbol Issakayev greeted everyone and congratulated the guys on their holiday. Those, in turn, shared ideas for the development of volunteer activities at the university. One of these projects is the development of an internal incentive system for students who are engaged in socially useful work on an ongoing basis.
Volunteer proctors spoke about the peculiarities of the examination session with their participation. According to the volunteers, this is an excellent mechanism for developing principles of maintaining academic integrity.
The meeting took place in an informal, warm atmosphere. The volunteers were encouraged and thanked for the constant support the university provides to them. In total, over 500 students are involved in volunteer activities at Kozybayev University.
