Purpose of the project: To provide the capacity of the Kazakhstani machine-building industry, road-building and mining industries with energy-efficient and resource-saving technology, allowing to recover and redistribute energy in technological operations in accordance with the energy intensity of the process. Improving the energy efficiency of the hybrid drive and power plant of earthmoving and mining machines, the durability of mechanisms by creating methods for optimizing the operating parameters of an energy-saving drive and using the principle of energy redistribution among hydraulic mechanisms. Optimization of the operating parameters of the energy-saving hybrid drive and the use of the principle of power redistribution among the elements of the hydraulic drive and working equipment of mining machines.

Expected results: Integration of the solution to the scientific and technological problem of energy recovery and efficient energy redistribution over the energy-intensive processes of mining machines. Socio-economic impact: jobs in the hybrid drive industry.
The project is attractive for its completeness and willingness to commercialize hybrid energy recovery systems.

Description of the project: The idea of ​​the work is to develop the theory and practical development of energy-saving drives for earthmoving, road-building and mining machines that allow converting and redistributing energy to the actuating mechanisms of the hydraulic drive in accordance with the energy intensity of the process.

The successful implementation of the project is based on the use of hybrid technologies that allow converting the moments and forces of resistance of the own masses of heavy equipment of machines into energy, accumulating it and redistributing it to technological operations, which will significantly reduce the cost of work.

Improving the energy efficiency of the hybrid drive and power plant of earthmoving and mining machines, the durability of mechanisms by creating methods for optimizing the operating parameters of an energy-saving drive and using the principle of energy redistribution among hydraulic mechanisms.
Optimization of the operating parameters of the energy-saving hybrid drive and the use of the principle of power redistribution among the elements of the hydraulic drive and working equipment of mining machines.
Project objectives:

−develop a scientifically grounded methodology for studying energy-efficient parameters of the main systems of a mining machine;−develop a mathematical model of the dynamic processes of mining machines during soil development;−imitation modeling of processes;

to develop design documentation and design and technological system of regenerative hybrid drives with adaptive control;- to make an experimental model of a regenerative-action hybrid drive with adaptive control;

to carry out experimental studies of prototypes and evaluate the technical and economic efficiency of the research results to establish the limits and prospects for the practical use of the theory of energy efficiency of regenerative hybrid drives in the machine-building and energy industries;

production tests of an experimental sample a sample of a hybrid drive of regenerative action with adaptive control, correction of design documentation based on test results.
