Dormitories
- The University has 3 student dormitories, building 10 (with living rooms) and one rented dormitory. The total design capacity is 1564 beds.
- All dormitories have shower rooms, installed washing machines, kitchens equipped with electric stoves, free Internet access (Wi-Fi) is provided too.
- A wrestling hall, a kettlebell gym, and a ski base are located in the dormitory No. 2.
- Canteens are located in the dormitories No. 1 and No. 2.
- In all dormitories, the access regime is observed by cards and turnstiles.
- The police support point is located in the dormitory No. 1, measures are being taken to improve the legal literacy of students and the prevention of offenses.

CHECK-IN TO DORMITORIES, PAYMENT FOR ACCOMMODATION FOR THE 2023-2024 ACADEMIC YEAR
Accommodation of students in the dormitory is carried out in accordance with the Regulations on student dormitories of the Kozybayev University, in compliance with established sanitary standards.
The mass settlement of students is held in the last decade of August.
To check into the dormitory, YOU MUST:
- Submit an online application with filling in personal data and attaching the necessary documents to participate in the competition for a place in the dormitory (https://astra.ku.edu.kz/ru/front/accommodation/index);
- To undergo a medical examination for pediculosis and scabies at the staff of the Disinfection Center for North Kazakhstan region in the dormitory No. 2 (only at the time of mass settlement), or at the address Universal str., 3A and get the appropriate reference.
- Get a certificate of the absence (availability) of real estate for individuals (per student, in the North Kazakhstan region);
- Arrive at the specified dormitory with a printed direction and a certificate from the Disinfection Center, then present an identity card to the employees for identification, get acquainted with the Agreement on accommodation in the dormitory and fill out all the necessary documents with the help of student volunteers and the commandant.
- In the same place, with student volunteers, make payment for accommodation in the hostel through the mobile applications of JSC "Kaspi Bank" or JSC "Bank CenterCredit". In the absence of applications, you can pay in cash through the terminal at the Branch of JSC "Bank CenterCredit" at the address: 24 Internatsionalnaya st.
