Laboratory assistant of the Department of "Chemistry and Chemical Technologies."
Dubovitsky Andrey Ivanovich, a laboratory assistant at the Department of "Chemistry and Chemical Technologies," was born in 1955 in the North Kazakhstan region, in the city of Petropavlovsk. In 1978, he graduated from the Petropavlovsk Pedagogical Institute named after K.D. Ushinsky with a degree in "Chemistry-Biology."
From 1980 to 1995, he worked at the Executive Mechanisms Plant as a process engineer for printed circuit board assembly. Since 2006, he worked as a laboratory assistant at the Department of "Chemistry and Chemical Technologies," retiring in 2019.
Possessing vast industrial experience, high erudition, deep knowledge of chemistry, and a love for scientific experimentation, he was an indispensable assistant to the faculty and students. He performed all types of work at a high professional level with creativity and initiative. His ability to work with all types of laboratory equipment, regardless of complexity, as well as his high theoretical and practical training in chemistry and chemical technology, allowed Andrey Ivanovich to prepare and conduct interesting scientific experiments for students.
With his mastery in chemistry and physicochemical analysis, he taught a whole generation of students to make decisions in standard and non-standard situations and take responsibility for them, to understand the essence and social significance of their future profession, to develop a love and lasting interest in it, to organize their own activities, to choose standard methods for solving professional tasks, and to evaluate their effectiveness and quality.
