NPLC "North Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev" announces a competition to fill a vacant position:
- Head of service for organizational-control work and document support
Requirements to the post are higher education, experience of work not less than 3 years.
Responsibilities: provide control for qualitative and timely execution of the documents in the university; supervise execution work plans of departments and faculties of university in time, concerning orders, protocol assignments and instructions of Chairman of Board - Rector; control daily labor discipline of teaching staff and attendance of classes by students, request from structural divisions the relevant information; provide preparation of the documents for the departments and faculties.

Requirements to the post are higher or postgraduate education and work experience not less than 3 years in educational organizations.
Responsibilities: implement current and strategic planning of activity; to develop the plan of work of institute for academic year; to involve the teaching staff of university to development of educational-methodical materials; to involve the qualified teachers-practitioners, including foreign experts; to organize educational classes (lectures and practical classes, laboratory work, seminars, trainings, round tables, master classes); to organize corporate programs on requests of legal and physical entities; to implement marketing in the field of further education in the internal and external markets and other duties.

- a personnel record sheet;
- an autobiography in any form;
- a copy of an ID card;
- medical certificate in 075/u form;
- copies of educational documents;
- certificate of criminal record;
- certificate from the psychoneurological and narcological clinic;
- work record book.
